Assistant Technical Director
Responsibilities include:
Assist Technical Director with all day-to-day duties. Assist Facility manager with all minor repairs. Hire, train, schedule, and manage crew, including high school students and people with full time professional jobs. Lighting Designer for all Wilson Center produced shows. Produce 30 + shows a year, including 8 free outdoor concerts and 4 annual fund-raisers. Oversee and advise renters on all technical elements of events. Maintain budgets for all events.
Accomplishments:
Trained several high school students who have since starting pursuing degrees in Technical Theatre. Expanded the crew list from 6 employees to over 35. Established a higher standard of professionalism and product.
Lighting Designer for the School District of Elmbrook, 2005 - 2006
Responsibilities include:
Create professional lighting designs for elementary, middle school and high school plays and musicals. Generate all necessary paperwork. Run light hang and focus. Advise directors and students on set construction and execution.

Trained students to be Master Electricians, board operators, and the basics of lighting design.
Festival 56: Summer of 2004
Technical Director / Scenic Designer
Responsibilities:
Oversaw all technical elements of festival. Designed and built scenery for 4 indoor shows and 1 outdoor show. Produced drawings, ordered materials, and maintained budget for each show. Lead crews of volunteers to build, paint, load-in and load-out.
Accomplishments:
Trained inexperienced volunteers on set construction, and met all budgets and deadlines.
